Welfare Benefits Advisers
(Trainees Considered)

Salary: £23,995 – £29,446 pro-rata depending
on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time / job share considered)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Various locations across North Somerset / Remote working

We are looking to recruit highly motivated individuals as specialist Welfare Benefits Advisers to join our team. You will deliver high quality welfare benefits advice and specialist casework to clients and provide specialist support to non-welfare benefit advisers.

These posts are available due to funding by an Improving Lives Through Advice (ILTA) grant from The Access to Justice Foundation and The National Lottery Community Fund, thanks to National Lottery players.  

You will have good IT, numeracy and literacy skills. You will ideally be an experienced Welfare Benefits Adviser and be able to demonstrate ability to work as part of a team, with good communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high quality service. If you have relevant skills and would like the opportunity to step up into a trainee Caseworker role, we will provide you with a comprehensive package of training.
