We recommend arranging an appointment , the easiest way is by completing our Online Request Form.
Our Advice Shop – The Sovereign Shopping Centre, High Street, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1HL – is open:
Monday to Friday – 9am to 4pm
Please note the following upcoming exceptions to our opening times:
- On Monday 27th July 2026: Our Advice Shop will open at 10am instead of 9am.
- On Friday 14th August 2026: Our Advice Shop will close at 12.30pm instead of 4pm.
This is to allow us to carry out essential maintenance.

Clevedon – 9:30am – 3pm (Clevedon Town Council, 44 Old Street, Clevedon, BS21 6BU)
Nailsea – 9:30am – 4pm (65 High St, Nailsea BS48 1AW)
Weston Foodbank (North Street) – 11am – 14:30pm (Weston Foodbank, North Street, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, BS23 1QF). Please note our service is available for foodbank clients only at this location.
Clevedon Foodbank (Yatton) – 9:30am – 12pm (Yatton Youth Club, Rock Road, Yatton, BS49 4JE) – 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. Please note our service is available for foodbank clients only at this location.
Independent Living Centre in Tamar Court (Worle) – Every Thursday 10am – 1pm (Independent Living Centre, Trenleigh Dr, Worle, BS22 6NF). Please note our service is only available for people aged 55 and over at this location.
Portishead – 9:00 – 4:30 (The Folk Hall, 95 High St, Portishead, BS20 6PR)
