We are looking to recruit a highly motivated accredited individual as a specialist Money Advice Team Leader to lead our Money Advice Team (funding from MaPS and North Somerset Council). You will be required to lead, coordinate and develop the Money Advice team, ensuring that the work conforms to the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and MaPS Debt Advice Quality Framework. You will also provide debt advice support to non-money advice advisers and volunteers working at CANS. The successful candidate(s) will have accredited debt advice experience in a Citizens Advice or equivalent setting and will need to have good communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high quality service.
