We are seeking a compassionate, flexible, and creative Training Officer to join our expanding Training and Development Team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our staff and volunteers are well-equipped to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.

As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering training sessions to adults across the organisation and external partners.

You will support both new and experienced staff and volunteers, helping to address any skills gaps and providing one-to-one support as they transition from classroom training to real-world advice work and support roles.
