We are looking to recruit highly motivated individuals to deliver in-person generalist advice in outreach locations across North Somerset working closely with our community-based partners and supporting our volunteer advisers.

We will give you full training to enable you to have the ability to cover a wide range of advice issues. You will provide generalist casework and support our multi-channel generalist advice services as needed (telephone and digital).

The successful candidate will be open minded, willing to learn, and a people person. They will need to have good communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service. Ability to travel between locations in North Somerset is highly
desirable.
