Our Festive Opening Times

Our opening times are changing over the next few weeks to give our staff a well-deserved break and allow us time to set up our new Advice Shop in The Sovereign Shopping Centre.

Our core service will be closed from 1pm on the 24th December 2025 until 9am on the 5th January 2026.

Ahead of this closure, we will be running a reduced service with only limited in-person appointments available. See a full break down of our December/January opening times for each service below:

Our Advice Shop, located in The Sovereign Shopping Centre on Weston High Street, is now closed

We are moving to a different unit and will be opening up our new Advice Shop just a few doors down from where we are now on the 5th January 2026.

Our office on Oxford Street is closed to the public unless you have an appointment. Please be aware that unless you have an appointment, there will be no advisers or reception staff available to speak with you at this location.

We understand that it’s frustrating not being able to talk to someone in person and really believe in keeping face-to-face services available for everyone. We are working hard to get our new Advice Shop ready to welcome you in the New Year, so please be patient with us as we get things set up.

You can contact us and request an appointment online via our webform. The webform will be temporarily unavailable from the 23rd December to the 5th January

We aim to get back to your request within 10 working days

We work with other local offices and national call centres to provide advice over the phone. You can call 0808 278 7973 to speak with a skilled adviser.
