What is Advice Essentials 2?

Advice Essentials 2 is a full day training course designed for social workers, support workers and other professionals who offer ongoing support to clients. In this course, we explore the various services that are available to help further support clients and how to effectively access them.
We look at how to find relevant information, recognise when specialist support is needed, and respond to urgent advice situations. The course will also highlight useful external support networks and emerging policy changes that may impact clients.
By the end of this course, attendees will feel confident in guiding clients to the right support while working within their professional boundaries.
