Role: Communications Officer 

Team: Impact Team 

Reporting to: Insights & Impact Manager 

Location: Weston-super-Mare/possible home-working following probation 

Hours: 22.5 hours per week 

Wage: £24,890 – 25,811 pro rata, depending on experience 

As Communications Officer, you will be key in shaping and amplifying the voice of Citizens Advice North Somerset (CANS). You will create engaging communications across various channels to promote our services and campaigns, working both independently and as part of a team. Your role will involve producing compelling content such as social media posts, press releases, and newsletters, ensuring our messages reach diverse audiences.

You’ll help us build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure that equity, diversity, and inclusion remain central to our work.
